Microsoft Excel 2010 Overview

Microsoft Excel is the hottest spreadsheet editor on the market and so it's every new version is going to have a tremendous result on plenty of folks. Excel is probably the element of Microsoft Office 2010 that has been modified the least, but there are still many new important features.

Excel 2010 also can include significant enhancements in security. There is a brand spanking new feature called Protected View that automatically opens spreadsheets downloaded from the Internet, received over email or just containing some suspicious macros in the "sandbox" environment where macros and a;; other coding is turned off. You can still view the document and if you think that it's fine you can unlock the Protected View. This way the security risk from PC viruses and malware is greatly minimised.
